I love that this book gives you great ideas, also gives you recipes on Madeira cake , chocolates cake. butter cream, icing. Gives information on recipes amounts for round and square tins and cooking times.

Ce livre a de chouettes idées mais tout sur base de matériel préfabriqué. Là où j'ai été fort déçue est que ce n'est que sur base de CE matériel et il n'est nulle part expliqué comment faire sans, pour se fabriquer le même et arriver tout de même à faire les gâteaux proposés.

This book was good and I hope to be able to make some of these cakes as they look reasonably simple although I am sure they are not.

Bit disappointing. Not particularly inspiring. Good for those first venturing into this style of cake
