Great customer support
Although there were parts missing and replacement arrived broken they followed through any got me everything...but it took quite a while...the light fixture is very good quality and looks great

Excellent Customer Service
I have not yet hung this light although it came with some missing globes. I reached out to the seller and they were very prompt and sent all of the missing globes no questions asked. My box was a little beat up when it came but the light was packaged well and nothing broke in transit. Would order again- if you are on the fence, order it!
