Trailer Savior
Best electric tongue Jack on the market. Easy to use, the leather cover keeps water out nicely. Sure it’s a bit slow but she’s sturdy and steadfast and powerful like a champ. Doesn’t rust and a great light on the front for use at night.

Awesome for the price
I just bought at 2015 Flagstaff Micro lite which had the manual jack. I thought this would be handy and boy it was. Easy to mount and works great. Just makes life a bit easier. Wanted the model that goes into the camper battery rather then the haul vehicle hookup. Some people have reviewed this to be slow. It really doesn't seem that slow to me. It's quicker than a crank and also you don't want to jack too fast up or down so it's kind of perfect for me. It comes with a nice cover for weather protection and seems very well made. The only downside I can see is the little LED light on the front. It's not very bright and seems like it's main purpose is to keep you from running into it at night. But for hooking your trailer up in the dark it won't be bright enough. Still this is a great, great deal.

Good hardware; poor installation instructions
The unit arrived from Amazon on time and was well packaged. Installation was simple and went smoothly. Switches and lights work as expected. So far 5 stars for the hardware. I will update later regarding performance and reliability. The reasons for 4 stars vs. 5 were the instructions and the bull's-eye level.Wiring Connections: The wiring instructions are inadequate for anyone not familiar with electrical circuitry. 1) Installation step 9 says to route the black wire "towards the battery" but never says to connect it to anything. Worse yet the next sentence says to "Attach the [same] wire lead to the trailer using cable ties." This could lead someone to attach the wire to the frame as would be done with a ground wire. Farfetched? Perhaps, but Murphy's law prevails. 2) Step 11 says to connect the lead from the fuse holder to the battery's "+" terminal, but which lead? There are two leads one stamped "line" and the other stamped "load." What it should state is, "Connect the `line' lead to the `+' terminal of the battery and connect the `load' lead to the black wire leading from the motor."Manual Crank: The instructions never describe use of the manual crank. It looks like there is a cap of some sort under the bubble level but does it lift off, unscrew, or do the three small screws around the level have to be removed? I am reluctant to experiment not knowing what will happen when I start removing screws or twist the cap and break something. Advice anyone? In my case I cannot use the crank provided with the jack because it interferes with the propane tanks, but I could probably use my electric drill with a socket.....if I could access the drive point.Bull's-Eye Level: determining what is level in a camp trailer is subjective. Place a level anywhere in the unit and you will get a different indication. I use the grate over the stove burners as my level reference. Everything else can be a few degrees off and be unnoticeable. Once that is level I mount a bull's-eye level with epoxy somewhere on the hitch so that the bubble is centered. However, after mounting the Jack Quick 3500 the integrated level was too far off center to be useful (a half bubble right and up). Not surprisingly my hitch is not in a parallel plane with the stove. It would be far better if the level was included as a separate item so the end user could establish her own level reference and epoxy it appropriately.Recommendation: A good product at a fair price.2014/04/09 update.Manual Crank: The manual crank is accessed by turning the knurled knob beneath the bull's-eye level one quarter turn ccw. This simple one-liner should have been included in the instructions. My 3/8" electric drill does not have enough torque to turn the 11mm nut. Fortunately, by removing the shroud from the propane tanks I have enough clearance to use the crank should manual operation be necessary.Bull's-Eye Level: I suggest the following:1) Remove the three Phillip's head screws surrounding the level and discard them2) Remove the level3) Level the unit using your chosen reference (stove, refrigerator, table, etc.)4) Apply epoxy to the base of the level and replace it, supporting it with the bubble centered until the epoxy dries.2014/06/22 Update. We just completed a 4-week 5,000-mile trip. The jack performed flawlessly.

How to wire it
The instructions suck. It actually isn't that difficult to wire it though. The black wire, as is common in RVs, is the positive wire. The white wire is the negative. The line side of the circuit breaker hooks directly to the positive terminal on your battery. The load side hooks to the positive (black) wire on the jack. Hook the negative (white) wire directly to the negative terminal on your battery. You could probably crimp a round lug on it and stick it under one of the mounting bolts instead. The frame of an RV is usually negative. However it will be more reliable if you hook it directly to the battery. If you need to make the wires longer - use 10 gauge marine wire. Personally instead of the circuit breaker I used a 30amp ATC fuse in a weatherproof fuse holder. I just don't trust circuit breakers of unknown brand/quality. To do it right if you do it that way you need to make sure the fuse holder uses 10 gauge wire as well. This is the 2nd one of these I've owned. The first one was a replacement for a factory installed jack (of a different brand) that died after 5 years or so. This jack lasted 2 years or so until the camper was totaled in a hail storm. I just bought another one of these for a vintage trailer we are remodeling. It didn't directly fit the vintage trailer - we had to enlarge the hole. But it works great. I like this model of jack because it doesn't have as much of a plastic housing on it compared to the one it replaced on our old camper. The larger plastic housing seemed to just collect water which led to corrosion on the motor.

Works great so far.I ordered 3 jacks
I ordered 3 of these jacks two the first order and a short while later the 3rd. They all worked good right out of the box. No wire issue's like people said in reviews. Look at the reviews. That says alot about this product. I put 3 on my wheel house fishhouse to raise and lower to the ice. They are quiet and they do move a little slow but that's ok with me. Any other jacks in this price range will not be alot faster. Comes with nice circuit breaker..you do have to get the wire ends to connect to the battery but that's ok. These jacks are very nice in my opinion..and believe me..if they had any issue's with anything you guy's would be the first to know..I'm so sick of people selling junk or item's that are not all they should be..if you go off of my review I believe you would be very pleased with this jack..my wheelhouse is 16ft long and lifts it very easily..hope this helps you with your decision 👍😊👍

Great jack and customer service
Awesome jack, works great and easy to install. It is good value. The bonus is the footplate can extend with multiple height adjustment. This reduce the amount of blocks you need for under the footing when unhitching. There was damage done from the shipping delivery but the customer service was quick to respond for resolution. The jack goes up and down quickly and is fairly quiet. You can buy with confidence you will like it.

Easy install if you near hardware store
As you can see I needed to add washes to the bolts my old jack used. These holes are bigger to fit all kinds of trailers. Works great. Light is mediocre but I don’t need it my truck has one. Easy to install it’s a no brainer project for any RV owner. Hand crank is a pain!

Easy to install
The unit came in good condition and first impression was that this was a quality product. Install was easy and only took me just over an hour to install it. I used crimp electrical connectors and shrink tube on all the connections. The unit itself works great it does not labour lifting my trailer that is 7000 lbs GVW I was expecting that it would be a little slow after reading some of the comments but I found just the opposite it is faster than the powerer jacks on my large 5th wheel. I would say my mechanical skills are on the high side as I am a service tech in the HVAC industry. Great product and would highly recommend this product to anyone.
