EmericaMen's Provider Skate Shoe

These are thicker, sturdier shoes than I was expecting based on the photos and the fact that Provost's previous model were quite slim and light. Not complaining though: they seem very durable and the G6 footbed is very comfortable. I must say Emerica also consistently produces the best designs among all skate shoe makers: good balance of simple and stylish is what I dig. I've been buying skate shoes for 25 years and Emerica has consistently been my favourite brand. One caution: these fit me well but I have pretty skinny feet, and suspect those with less skinny feet might find them a bit tight. You can only pry open the laces so much because of the way the top of the shoes is designed, and those with stockier feet might actually find them hard to slip on.***Update***: After owning these for a while now, I'm downgrading my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. I still find them to be sturdy, stylish and overall comfortable shoes, but there's something strangely slightly off about their fit. As mentioned above, it's a pretty tight squeeze to slip your feet in, and I even have skinny feet. Once on, they're nice & snug all around the mid-foot area, the toe area is relatively snug with an appropriate amount of wiggle room, but somehow my heels never feel _quite_ snug even if I lace them up really tight at the top. It's hard to understand—the G6 insoles are really nice & cushiony to walk on and make the shoes overall comfortable, but I actually wonder if it's their squishiness that results in this slight feeling that my heels are floating around in there. Not a fatal flaw, but a noticeable particularity of these shoes.

How is it emerica can make the reynolds shoes the most comfortable thing on the planet and these things feel like i have my feet in a vice. Don't buy these unless you have teeny little ballerina feet.

I absolutely love these shoes. I loved them so much I bought 2 more pairs because of the comfort and how much they fit perfectly. Took some time to break them in, but feels so great and the comfort when I walk around casually. I would recommend them 100%
