Would this serve as a good thermal glue? I want to stick a heat sink on a mosfet.

Thermal adhesives are a permanent solution, once the thermal epoxy sets there is no way of removing the heatsink.

Can i use this for fridge lower bottom shelf (plastic)as it holds milk bottles of 4 to 5 liters.I couldn't get a bottom shelf.

what is the psi? on the box it says 4400 and on amazon its sats 3200

As I am not a scientist I cannot answer that question but I used it to glue two pieces of pipe together couple months ago and they are still together you just need some means to keep joins together until joint sets. Good product
