Really works your abs. Received late yesterday and used it early morning today and my abs felt like it had been through several rounds with Mike Tyson 😂😂

It is really tough to do and it hurts lol! As you can hear in the video my partner struggles too! We are beginners tho so here’s to the flat tummy’s!!

This waist trainer is a good and easy to use piece of equipment. It can be used in the home and doesn’t put much pressure on a carpet surface. The equipment is slightly simple to assemble but requires some force for the handles. It is well made and durable plastic and the handles aren’t rough on the hands too.

When setting up this device (it comes with the wheel section, the metal bar and the 2 foam handles). Not sure how long the foam handles would last, might have been better having rubber handles. At first, I thought the handles didn’t go all the way in but as far as I can see they go all the way on, right up to the middle section. The Artline abdominal wheel is a great device for not only strengthening your ABS but also your general upper body strength. I am not a regular exerciser and obviously took it easy, to avoid damaging anything and I thought that the 5-10 minutes of using it, not only gave me some feeling of having actually done some exercise. I found by doing a kneeling light stretch, this gave me a good warmup. I know my limits, I didn’t go mad, and would advise others not to.The build quality of the exercise wheel is pretty good. Very solid and comfortable to use. The rubber wheels are a necessity for stability and do the job. And the fact the wheels are wider that other wheel exercise machines, gives it even more stability.I found the Bell Tank Wheel really great to use, because as a non-exerciser I was still able to do some form of exercise without going over the top and still feeling some benefit from the device. As I said before the only negative I could find, is the foam handles not being the most robust, considering they are going to be one thing that does get a lot of wear and being foam, can’t see them lasting long.Apart from the only negative point above, I think this exercise device is a good way to get some activity in your life, whether you currently don’t exercise or are well into your fitness.

I was badly in need of something to help by abdominal area, which seems to grow regardless of what I do. This roller seems to offer an excellent workout for the muscles that need to be worked in that area. I had used a similar roller many years ago, but found it very difficult to work with; this one is much easier because the wheels are wider and it has the auto return feature, which takes some of the pressure off your arms without reducing its effectiveness in the abdomen.I see from one of the other reviews that it comes with a knee pad...I did see something in the box that could have been that, but I thought it was just packaging and threw it away! That doesn't seem to have made any difference though, maybe because I've been using it on a carpet.I'm really pleased with this, and compared to the size of the other exercise equipment I've had at various times in the past (cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike), this doesn't take up any space or become the focal point of whatever room it's in. It will easily fit under most beds.A very good buy at the price (£28.99 at the moment) and something that will see a lot of use in my house - you can really feel it working straight away.
