Update on review. The chair was dysfunctional, but I changed my review due to their customer service. They reached out to me after my initial review. They explained that due to shipping delays, it could have caused the foam to not set correctly and refunded my money. Customer service is EVERYTHING. And for that, they get 5 stars. This chair is adorable and pretty and soft, but the problem is the packaging! They vacuum seal the chair so much that when I opened it, it’s a pile of lump. You can’t even sit in it because it’s just a pile of material on the floor.

Was going to return because it seemed to be out of shape and vacuumed sealed for to long that it won't fluff up and expand into its chair shape. But if you open zipper and break stuffing apart it will fluff up and expand if your willing to take the time to break the stuffing up so its not big chunks. It's a cute, soft and fluffy chair for my toddler.

My daughter absolutely LOVES this chair. The packaging was very tight and kept the chair in great condition. She loves the feel of it. It’s the perfect size for her. She’s 1! It does rip over if she leaned back so we have to try and keep it up against something but otherwise it’s a great product !

I’m not sure who thought they could get away with selling this product that is basically for unsecured lumps in fabric. It was shocking when it was all very shrink, wrapped and squished together, and right away I knew it wouldn’t have the strength to hold up my five-year-old like I wanted. When I pulled each lump out of the package, I couldn’t believe that there was no way to attach, each of the items to the chair base, so basically the armrest and back just flop out to the sides like one big floppy lumpy weird beanbag. None of this resembles a chair and I’m so glad I bought it on Amazon where I can make an easy return. Note to sellers, Don’t advertise completely faults goods!! This was much much smaller than I anticipated, and would barely even be a large enough back for a one or two-year-old. The thing I do like about it is the softness of the fabric, the colors, and how it’s supposed to glow in the dark, (although we never tried. ) We couldn’t find any way to give it the strength and security that it would need to be a chair to sit in

Wanted this to be a cute addition to my daughter's room. Once you take it out of the packaging it starts to come to size as it comes vacuum sealed. You have to hit it around, so certain spots get enough beads or whatever is in there. I left it for a few hours and when we came back it was fully formed but definitely not like in the pictures. The back of it ends up being so puffy that when she sits on it, she doesn't have much seating room. She ends up kind of sliding off of it. It just ends up being a very weird shape. She still uses it and sits on it but you can tell she's not very comfortable. The colors and texture of the chair are very nice. I just wish the form of it was different. Maybe it was the way it was sealed? Not sure but I guess

These chairs were a hit with my grandkids for Christmas. The watch TV, play games, etc all sitting in the comfy chairs. They even fall asleep in them. I highly recommend them.

I bought it for a present and my kids just called in love with the stars shining at night. It’s heavy for the kids but I’m ok with that.
