My best friend and I decided we needed to add this Hoola-hoop to our work out regimen~ after hearing so many good things about them.we are not disappointed at all!It did take a little while to get the hang of it (Just like a typical hoola ) just bulkier and obviously heavier)It provides A really fun workout experience!Funny thing is that you don’t really feel as if your doing much but you really are! It gets your heart rate up and provides some good stretches too! It Has even helped ALOT with some Discomfort I’ve experienced from a tailbone injury years ago.Its easy to adjust and assemble, instructions are simplified and easy to understand and It came really beautifully packaged.my waist was a 44“ when I started. I had to remove 2 pieces to fit me so it will fit a waist at least 4-6 inches bigger than me.3 months later with a lot of determination and the help of this gadget (every other day) I'm down to a 42" waist.Summer bod here I come!!Totally surpassed my expectations. Very happy!

Came well packaged. Easy to assemble. Weighs perfect for an ab workout. Takes a couple tries to get it but once you do....burn those abs!!!

After a couple of disappointing weighted hula hoop purchases on Amazon, I decided to roll the dice on this one. I’ve not been disappointed.I could tell right away after opening it that it was of higher quality than the other two I’d previously purchased. Unlike the other two, this one utilizes a metal tube inside. The benefit of this is that as you are using it, the hula hoop remains rigid. The other two, having cheap plastic, will start to wobble, making it extremely difficult to get into any kind of a rhythm (if you can keep them up at all).The foam padding on this is the perfect thickness to be comfortable, yet still feel like a regular hula hoop. The weight of the hoop is on the lighter side, however, it’s easy to increase by adding sand, marbles, or whatever you want inside the tube. It also includes stoppers to put inside the tube to keep any added weights from shifting around too much.All in all, this is extremely well made. Save yourself the time and money of buying multiple cheap/useless ones and go with this. It’s hands down best in class.

I HATED THE ITEM!!!!!THIS WAS THE WORST ITEM I HAVE EVER ORDERED, I COULD NOT OPEN THE ITEM!!! INSTRUCTIONS WERE POORLY WRITTEN, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I’ve been searching for 5 years for a replacement for my old weighted hula hoop and this was the 3rd one I’ve ordered from Amazon and at first it seemed to be what I was looking for. Once I opened the package and got to putting it together I find that it’s made of a very cheap aluminum alloy and not weighted enough to stay up properly.

It deserves more stars. The hulahoop is a weighted hulahoop. Sturdy. Perfect for what I need. Assembly is easy until you get to the last one. Had to force them together a bit but I think that is not an issue. Durable. Padding is nice. Color is exactly what the picture looks like.My little helper thought it was fun watching me put it together.

Exactly what you see, really nice quality. The only thing is it isn't 2kg, it's quite light, but I believe the idea is that if you add items in the tubes, then it can be 2kg. Other than that, I love it!

Opening the links to add the extra links was really difficult. All that effort and it was way too tight. Will be returning it as soon as I can get those extra links out.
