Yes it will free spool. It will winch at about walking speed. A roller fairlead comes with the steel cable. You don't want rollers with the rope. I pulled a warehouse forklift out with mine straight pull. No problem. 7400lbs est

Is a plug included for the power so that the winch can be used in front and back?

No, I ordered the quick disconnect wires & plug so I wouldn’t have to have it “hard wired” with the included cables.

Is there a wireless remote kit for this model?

This kit does not come with a wireless remote.

Is it possible to wire it to an universal wireless control? (the simple one with the 4-way connection - pos, neg, in & out?
