Strong and spicy taste. I use only 1 drop when I am not feeling well. It helps clear my sinuses and makes me feel better when I have a cold. Easy to use dropper. Take a drop under the tongue or mix in water. Texture is that of oil, not thick though. High quality oregano. I would buy this again.

I use this daily in a little water and use to make other vitamins. It supports your immune system and keep me from getting a sinus infection or a cold. It is organic and clear in color. It is a garlic base so it will take time to adjust to the taste but I use a shot glass with water 2 drops and swallow my vit B with the shot. It is worth the work to stay healthy.

This is probably one of the best Oil of Oregano supplements you can hope to find. It was recommended to me by a trusted friend when I was battling a UTI. I am not a doctor so I always recommend people do their own research. As with any natural herbal supplements you still need to follow the recommendations. I remind others that any supplement can turn harmful if not used/taken correctly just like prescription medications. By the way, this little bottle may seem costly but it is of very high quality and you are only taking a few ‘drops’ per use so it should last for some time. This is my third purchase as I have lent out small amounts in the past to a couple of family members who were dealing with an abscessed tooth (before they were able to see a dentist.) I truly have great respect for the majority of doctors and dentists out there. And I still believe in antibiotics and vaccines! My 4-year-old started with just pink eye at school on a Monday, and we went to urgent care. They gave us some drops and told us she could return to school in 24 hours.
