Best Pre workout. Period.
I've used pretty much all the pre workouts that are available in the market, but none of them gave me the pump and focus that i needed, until i got to Pre Gayor. I hadn't seen many reviews on youtube about this pre workout, neither there were many reviews on amazon, but i looked at the ingredients list and thought about buying it and trust me, best decision ever. Must try pre workout, the focus and pump is awesome and it doesn't even have those tingling sensations. The only con is that they don't have the mango flavour available.

Optimally dosed pre workout ✨
I was training 2 muscle per day and cardio and i was having delayed onset of soreness after 1 day which use to last for 1-2 days for that muscle group it lead to inconsistency as my muscles always use to stay sore , after using pre gayor black , i am very less soreness and now my workout are also consistent even with more volumes also.

Have my doubts about it
Well, I have had a mix experience.For initial few days, I felt tingling, perspiration and a slight boost in my performance (I workout 6 days a week and do strength training)After that spark, these days, even after consuming 2 spoons a day, I do not feel rush of energy or a pump which i was expecting from it based on reviews.I have a doubt that I may have hit a plateau and would need to discontinue use of pre workout for a bit.

Geniune Quality Products and absolute Results
