Was concerned to find bulk coins that were of good quality (not taste).Product arrived with an ice pack to keep them cool. Quality of product was HIGH. Have not found any with damaged wrapping or unwrapped at all; ALL COINS GOOD! The quality of the imprint was good on the foil, but a little weaker on the actual chocolate. Mild bloom present on the coins tested, so possible age or temperature issues with storage, but this was quite mild and not at a level that became un-appealing.Taste: Let me know if you find them in dark chocolate. These are standard cheap milk chocolate made of chemicals and way too much sugar... just what you would expect and of average/standard quality. Really, if you are buying chocolate coins for the taste... don't.

I purchased there as a trip giveaway for a Girl Scout event. I looked high and low for gold wrapped chocolate coins that weren't US denominations, but that was a very tough task. These are US denominations. The add said they are nut free, which was important because one of our girls has severe nut allergies. She ate the chocolates with no adverse reaction, so I believe the rating to be true although other sellers of this same product did not advertise that.The chocolates did not arrive as well-packaged as shown online, but the number was close to accurate and we had few breakages or lost wrappers.The actual chocolate was extremely good. I've had far worse, and the girls loved it. They're was no separation of ingredients in the wrappers and very few not entirely wrapped. The chocolate coins left over from the event made it only about another two weeks before my daughter and friends demolished them.

Perfect for what we needed. Table favors/scatter for a zoot suit, gangster themed, wedding. We added small stickers to the backs of them, with Bride and Grooms names. Better idea than something else that will just get put in the trash a few months later. Flavor was good and they were a hit. Price was fair for the quantity of coins.

The appearance in the wrapper was GREAT! I only had one that had the foil fall off immediately; otherwise, they were well wrapped, but still easy to get into. The chocolate had a nice, smooth, rich flavor; much better than most I've had.

The chocolate is turning white around the edges as well as other spots on the "coin". The first couple of coins I pulled out of the bag had lost their wrapper. I rarely, rarely, write a review, but I am a Financial Advisor and wanted to pass them to clients.Stale chocolate to a business's clients is NOT the way to impress.And non-returnable. Thanks, but no thanks.

As some others have mentioned, this product arrived well-packaged, and while I haven't examined every single coin they certainly all appear to be in perfect shape. I coordinate personal finance workshops for teens and young adults and these are great to scatter on the tables before everyone arrives. They are a great prop, and fun to eat! The quality of the chocolate is decent too.
