Bad product
I purchased an Orient Electric fan from Amazon, and it is still under warranty. Recently, the product developed a complaint, and I contacted your service team for repair. However, the technician informed me that service cannot be provided because the product was purchased from Amazon. I would like to bring to your attention that this is not acceptable, as a valid purchase invoice is available, and warranty should be honored regardless of whether the product was bought online or from a retail store. Due to this issue, I am facing inconvenience and financial loss. I request you to kindly arrange proper service or replacement at the earliest.

Good deal
The fan looks quite aesthetic. The design is also quite sleek. The air flow that it provides is also very good. It was a bit smaller than my previous fan buy nontheless it works fine. Itโs a good deal under 2000 rupees.

Motor cap is small
The motor cap is smaller , that compromises the overall look of the product. And also creates noise as it touched the motor

Very old renowned brand providing little decorative fan at reasonable price.Bottom canopy is small and can not hide the capacitor fully.Canopy remains tilted. I bought 4 fans but why their logo on top canopy is of different colours.Speed is good
