Heat element doesn’t work.
The media could not be loaded. The heating function on this unit worked once. It hasn’t heated since. When I wrote an email through Amazon to ask if here was a customer service representative I could speak with, the company wrote back requesting a video. A video of what? I wanted to speak with someone and they want a video of heat not working? Very disappointed. My bedroom gets very cold and I just wanted something pretty that was functional in providing heat to my room.

Beautiful and quiet!!
I just set the fireplace on my wall and it is truly beautiful. I would give 5 stars EXCEPT there is this loud clicking that seems to be associated with the flame.**UPDATE**The seller emailed me instructions on how to troubleshoot the noise. Works great. Very quiet.Absolutely love this fireplace!

Great heating performance of the electric fireplace.
Bought it for the basement. So far so good. Very easy to install. The flame looks pretty real and the fireplace did a nice job to keep the basement warm. I'm very impressed to its heating performance. Great product! Would definitely recommend to our friends and others.

DO NOT BUY!!! We have now received ...
DO NOT BUY!!! We have now received two of these units and neither one functioned. As soon as you turn on the heating function there is a spark, the fan and heater stop working, and smoke comes out. It was the exact same both times.

Three of the Blue LEDs didn't work upon arrival. Stopped heating after 3 weeks.Took a bit of soldering to fix the LEDs.Fixed the heating problem with one of these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JR5ED7U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Not great.
