Is it possible to remove them once stuck to the mirrors of the car? I need to replace one and I’m unsure of how to do this. Thank you.

Yes, you can remove and replace one.
You can do as this:
1. Prepare a little knife, alcohol and napkin;
2. Pull out the Outside mirror;
3. Separate base and 3M adhesive with the knife.(the knife should cut down near the base, this is important );
4. Use the alcohol and napkin to Wipe the residual 3M adhesive；

is this for regular size cars or for trucks and large cars?

To fix this, which will be better fixed or the adjustable one?

It has 3m tape to stick to side mirror, it is adjustable as in you can angle it to required height, this is definitely better than fixed positioning 🙂

I ordered recently. the part that sticks to the mirror does not have any glue or sticker. so i couldn't stick it to the mirror. any help?

The mirror has two rings of adhesive on the back. If you want to just stick the mirror onto the door mirror, just peel off the outer protective layer and stick the mirror onto the door mirror. If you want to use the small adjustable centre with your mirror, peel off the inner protective layer, stick the centre piece to the blind spot mirror then, remove the centre  pieces protective layer and stick to your door mirror. It sounds complicated but it is easy once you get the hang of it.
