Excellent product, worth the money . We are convinced it settled our 8 week old puppy, she has had this snuggle pup from day one of coming to our home, and has slept through the night every night since . The Snuggle Pup is good quality . We only switch the beating heart on at night, and just leave the puppy in her crate durning the day .

Fantastic idea. My puppy settled instantly. She had a nice calm night. I did find that when the heart stopped I had to undo it and start the heart again. The fact that you can get all sorts of colours. Even Merle.

Quite expensive for what it is but seems to help my 12 week puppy settle in her crate when I have to leave for a short period helps with the anxiety.

Purchased this product because I had previously bought the brown and white dog and my Shih tzu loves it. Unfortunately he bites the tail and it has disintegrated. Repaired it but he can’t understand where the tail has gone. Because his favourite is far more expensive I thought I would buy the black one which is a more realistic price. I discontinued the heartbeat because he seemed a little afraid of it and haven’t tried the heat bags so remain unused. They do however fit well inside the dogs and the Velcro is strong and holds them in place without him being able to get in to them. It is easy to use and turn off the heartbeat and does last a long time. Unfortunately so far he has shown very little interest in it. Although I bought the black because of the price and colour it is a disappointment. Personally I think it looks like a piece of fabric shaped like a dog but has no real identity. It has two eyes “marked eyes” which you can hardly see and that is it. They are however very well made. My recommendation would be to save your money up and buy the browns and white original, although your furbsby might like it if he/she has no r prudence if the original.

Our black Labrador puppy used to sleep with his head resting on one of his siblings before he came to us and he does the same now he is home with his black snuggle puppy.Sleeps with it every night.It is very well made and none the worse off for a chew from a teething pup.Haven’t used the heart or heat pad so cannot comment on those but from a comfort point of view worth every penny.Our little boy loves it.

I was at my limit with my new puppy going absolutely crazy as soon as he was left alone. He would bark all night and I was so exhausted. This was recommended to me, and I thought I’d give it a go. OH MY GOD, it works! Every single night I’d put this in his crate with him and he would settle really quickly and only kick off if he needed a wee. I finally managed to sleep during the night and slowly weaned him off the heart beat feature. He now just has this as a teddy and it’s been washed a million times in a high heat, and is still just as strong as when it was brand new! Highly recommended!

Not safe at all. It’s suppose to be for pups and dogs but the heat pack inside can be accessed if the dog was to bite the bloody thing. My dog managed to rip the Velcro and ingest some of the used powder from the heat pack. So far his only had loose black stools but it has iron powder in it which is toxic to dogs so why would you put this in a dog calmer and class it as non toxic and safe? It’s not safe for puppies as they chew everything. I do not recommend at all. I brought this to sooth my pup and now I am scared he may die thanks a lot

J'avais compris que cette peluche était fortement recommandée pour les chiots afin de réduire leur anxiété de séparation. A tester sur le moyen terme. En attendant, la peluche est très douce. Elle est fournie avec le cœur (pile incluse) qui reproduit le battement de cœur et un heat pack initial pour la chaleur. Bonne qualité de la peluche et l'intérieur me paraît sûr mais protéger le chiot une fois pelotonné contre elle. Vraiment charmant!

Cute toy and is still in one piece after lots of puppy teeth nibbles. My puppy thought nothing of the heart only looked at me “what’s that noise curious eyes” and carried on nibbling! It’s quite expensive though, I’ve seen much cheaper ones!
