Master Class Small Casserole Dish with Lid 2.5L/20 cm, Lightweight Cast Aluminium, Induction Hob and Oven Safe, Red

I have always liked the look of cast iron casserole dishes like those from Le Creuset. However, I could not handle the weight since they are usually heavy. This casserole dish is the perfect solution since it looks like a cast iron casserole dish and is lightweight. It is non-sticky and amazingly easy to clean. I find the size of this small casserole is perfect for making a soup or stew for a family of two. I was so impressed with it that I ended up buying another one with a different size.

Dans un premier temps j'ai cru que ce produit était trop petit pour être utile. Mais en fait je l'utilise tous les jours, pour préparer plein de choses - des comptes de fruits, des oeufs brouillés, des poelées asiatiques, des cuisses de poulet... Un avantage est que je peux le mettre sur le plus petit foyer, car la chaleur se répand très bien, ce qui fait une petite économie d'électricité. En plus, il est très beau.Certes, j'aurais à acheter une cocotte plus grande pour compléter, mais je ne suis pas malheureuse de cet achat.

I have some cast iron pots which are great for cooking but far too heavy when full. This pot is light, non stick and perfect for stews, soups and curries. Easy to clean, light to handle but cooks like a cast iron pot. It's near perfect for my needs.

I don't have a lot of strength in my upper right arm and this pot is more than manageable! A great buy!
