I had a pair of heels that were very slippery. Put these on them and it worked great. There were a couple of pads when separating the top layer from the pad, the adhesive came with it. Fortunately, the others worked well.

The tread on a favorite pair of shoes wore off, making them so smooth on the bottom that they were slippery and dangerous in the rain. I tried several options to replace the tread, but only these worked.And they really did work. They stuck on the smooth soles cleanly, stopped me from skidding, and lasted through four months of daily use in lots of wet and muddy winter weather. I'm replacing them for the first time today. Very recommended.

Decided to take them to the shoe experts.

I placed these grips at the bottom of some very slippery shoes. Presto! They are no longer slippery. The grips are easy to apply and since they are on the sole the grips do not show. Before I was afraid of falling with shoes that had slippery soles--not when using these grips. I highly recommend them.

Very difficult to remove the backing. The adhesive comes off onto the backing and you are left with the pad and no adhesive to attach it to the shoe.

Much more safer, gives good traction and less likely to slip.

It works as supposed to.
