The screen started to become unresponsive, as did the finger print sensor.The charger included with the phone suddenly stopped working. At first the phone would charge in 2-3 hours and last an entire day, even with near constant use. Then the charging time increased to 5-6 hours and then the cable stopped working completely.I purchased a new charger and then the connection in the charging port became very loose. Because of this the phone will be seemingly plugged in, but not charging or displaying a charging symbol without actually charging. The charger easily falls out of the charging port.The battery started to fail after 4 months. It would discharge to about 45% normally, then the battery would fall to 15% within seconds. The battery would then drain to nothing within a minute if not plugged in. Because of this the phone would only last about 4-5 hours without being plugged in. I could have lived with this by buying a portable charger, but all of a sudden, the phone would only discharge to 60 % normally, then 70%, then the phone would simply shut itself off after 5 minutes away from the charger. I can't take my phone with me when I leave the house, defeating the point of having a mobile phone.In short, do not buy this phone. I would have given it a negative rating if I could. The phone problems unfortunately started after the return window closed, leaving me £80 poorer. This phone is cheap but I at least had the expectation that it would work smoothly for more than 4 months.

CAUTION: It comes pre-installed with 2 viruses. One named 'Chromes', another named 'Settings' (v7.0)If you already have this phone, make sure to install a Firewall & block all net access from those apps.Absolutely awful phone. Do Not buy!!Not only that but after just a few months of use, the battery will not hold a charge. e.g. Drops from 85% to 0% within seconds.It has a weak screen which cracked with little pressure.Corrupts the SD card frequently & often fails to recognise the sim card.I bought 2 of them.. one for a friend (black one & a white/pink one) & both are the same poor quality. Not a one-off..Avoid this brand like the plague. Seriously the worst phone i've ever had, by far.I really can't wait to get another phone & smash this one into the bin, where it belongs.

Ordered this as my old phone had died and my contract was not due up for a good few months. The phone itself is great, has lots of memory, camera is sufficient and is so easy to use. The only problem I have found is that within a few months it got a virus (I don't really web browse just social media apps, shopping apps and the occasional university stuff so no idea where it came from) anyway since then the battery life has been TERRIBLE. I installed McAfee (having got it free with my laptop) and got it cleaned up but it has never been the same. I now can barely use the phone before the battery dies. Sometimes it will go from 40 odd% to cutting off altogether in a matter of seconds. Really disappointed there is no customer services to help with it but for the price what can you expect. Overall a really good phone....till something goes wrong then no back up or assistance.

Main problem with this phone is the inconsistent charging point. The connection point is rubbish and will not always connect and charge properly. I continued with it as I did like some of the features when it did charge. However have had it nearly six months so probably out of warranty so I will probably end up binning it and stick with my iPhone.

Cheap and reliable. I would recommend if you are the person that is always loosing your phone or breaking the screen. Seriously get this one does everything.

How do I get the bloody sim in.No instfuctions of any use.
