Not too bad to set up as some are. Good quality product and working well

Will be sending this item back. We charged it up all night before installing it.It worked for 3 days, mixed performance in terms of what it picked up but thought it was doing the job for the money it cost.Today, the 4th day, the battery has died. An average of 25 activations per day, and that includes the many activations triggered by us fixing it to the wall. There's no way on earth this would ever last for 6 months with 10-20 activations per day. Avoid.

Pros: Small minimalist design and easy to install. Great picture quality including night vision.Cons: Poor battery life (around 2-3 weeks), even when in battery saving mode and specific zones. App not that intuitive; you have to manually delete saved footage.

I bought the camera to keep an eye on the front of the house after a spate of local burglaries. It was easy to install on the wall, adjust to get a suitable view, and to pair with my home WiFi network. I have an Arlo subscription so I get detailed alerts, which are great.

This is the second Arlo Pro 5 Security Camera I've purchased in three months not because the first was broke, its because it's good.Very easy to set up, great picture quality and motion detection! I can't fault it!Very easy to install and the charge lasts for weeks and weeks. It's for peace of mind when I'm working or even in the house at night time.Highly recommended.

Just does not work, complicated and difficult to connect to WiFi, which u have to do everyone time you charge. Then it just will not connect, and absolute pain of a product. Support is none existence unless you will to read war and piece connection guides.

we have spent 5 days going round in circles trying to fit the cameras and hub ,4 hours plus on arlo support , not working on home mode so was told to use away mode this should not be the case if i am paying this money i want it to work ,camera battery already needs charging on both cameras ,we are in out 70,s and do not intend to go up a ladder weekly to charge battery ,i cannot get videos to play on my samsung android i have a blank screen with asterisk, i cannot share videos with whatsapp i have to have their email address which is not possible when i need to send to 10 contacts so i am not paying over £500 for picture quality it looks like it is going to be returned ,these cameras along with the hub has now been returned as pensioners we are not climbing a ladder every two weeks to charge batteries or paying £8 plus twice a week to arlo phone support everytime is needs setting we are not paying £9.99 a month for the library to view our recordings for 2 cameras and a door bell ,partner purchased doorbell and chime seperate never worked due to pixels breaking up we got sometimes half a pic sometimes a grey pic and nothing else sometime it did not video at all when a delivery arrives Arlo advised us to use away mode all the time not the home mode so every thing has gone back and we are back to our Ring doorbell never want to hear the Arlo name again .

The design is elegant and good looking. The app is easy to use. But it requires you must update the firmware before you can really use the cam and this the problem. You’ll never know the update status, there will not be and % of progress. It said will take up to 15 mins bit the cam will turn off after 5 mins and the update will be fail. I tried many times to reset and reinstall it and suddenly succeeded. Otherwise I will return it.

Devo dire che queste telecamere mi hanno stupita. Ero molto scettica, in quanto avevo letto parecchie recensioni positive, ma di persone che non avevano acquistato le telecamere, ma alle quali erano state date in omaggio. Pertanto ero titubante circa la veridicità di quanto indicato. Invece devo ricredermi. Le telecamere sono ottime. Le sto provando nella parte esterna della mia abitazione e captano ogni movimento o persona che passa, inviando una notifica al cellulare. Non posso dare informazioni tecniche perché non è il mio campo, però da profana avendo installato tutto da sola, posso con tranquillità consigliarle. Chiaramente al momento non so la durata della batteria, ma lo vedrò con il tempo.Trovo molto valida l'applicazione, (per la quale sto usufruendo un periodo di prova) con video ed immagini molto nitide. Anche lo zoom è spettacolare. Ogni tanto di notte non funziona a colori, ma è cosa di poco conto. A me quello che interessa è che capti la presenza di eventuali malintenzionati, e questo lo fa egregiamente.Questa mattina ho chiamato il servizio di assistenza e mi hanno risposto immediatamente. Sono stati molto gentili e chiari in tutte le spiegazioni che ho richiesto. Ho deciso, dopo il periodo di prova di tre mesi, di acquistare il loro pacchetto per l'applicazione. Ha tante funzioni interessanti e di sicuro non vado fallita per 12 €. Faccio questa recensione perché leggendo tutte le altre, sinceramente mi sono confusa e non riuscivo a decidere il da farsi. Alla fine mi sono buttata e devo dire che al momento sono pienamente soddisfatta. Se dovesse cambiare qualcosa di sicuro aggiorno la recensione. prévu pour être de très longue capacité,L'article n'a quasiment pas d'autonomie et encore moins en hiver, avec une utilisation pourtant modérée durant la nuit, (pas 24/24) je suis obligé de monter sur l'échelle une fois au moins par mois pour le démonter et le recharger, le chargeur solaire ne fonctionnant pas non plusles vidéos de nuit sont d'une qualité pitoyable

The media could not be loaded.  Très bonne caméra de surveillance qui se paramètre facilement seulement si elle est installée au départ sur le réseau WiFi 2,4 GHz ! Si votre box fusionne les réseaux (2,4 - 5 - 6 Ghz) vous serez obligés de rentrer dans les paramètres pour séparer chaque bande. Mais une fois installée, cette caméra est très performante et de très bonne qualité. Pensez à vérifier que votre signale WiFi est fort à l'endroit où vous l'installez... Surtout à l'extérieur. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car la batterie (en extérieur) ne tient que 1 mois ou 1 mois 1/2 en marche constante. Pour éviter de la recharger tous les mois, j'ai opté pour un petit panneau solaire (très performant). Dernier point, vous serez obligé de prendre un abonnement mensuel auprès d'Arlo pour l'enregistrement des vidéos en cas de détection. Les paramétrages de la caméra sont complets et les notifications rapides. Cela fait presque 1 an que les caméras sont installés à l'extérieur et malgré le soleil, la pluie, l'orage et la grêle, elles fonctionnent toujours très bien.

Würde sie mir jederzeit wieder holen. Ob unterwegs oder hinten im Garten, man bekommt immer mit, wenn jemand an der Tür ist. Ich finde es super! Keine Probleme mehr mit Paketzustellungen und auch der Akku hält wirklich gut, sodass man wirklich nicht davon genervt ist, ihn immer wieder aufladen zu müssen. Bei uns hält er so ca. 5-6 Monate.Klare Kaufempfehlung 👍
