I have a 1/2 inch rope and it takes up too much space on the tie downs the 3/8 takes up less space and holds just as good

This nylon rope makes for a dependable tire swing for the older grandkids! It fully supports a truck tire with chain's that fasten to the rope and wraps around the tree limb. It absolutely supports not only the swing, but, my 14 yo grandson who's 130+lbs and supports his weight without worry! Seems to be good quality! Will purchase again should the need arise.

I do not recommend this rope. When we cut it the inside of it is made of something that looks like a menstruation pad. The nylon on the outside is only one layer thick. It claims it holds 1200 pounds but it says not to tie knots in it. Yeah read the fine print. I do not recommend this rope.
