Is the hydrogenated fat fully hydrogenated (see ingredients list on pack)?

I hope this helps. Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Fat, Corn Flour, Glucose, Leavening Agents (E503ii, E500ii), Milk Powder, Salt, Soya Lecithin (E322), Permitted Flavours and Permitted Colours (E102, E110)

On my packs the ingredients include "hydrogenated palm kernel oil". I wanted to know if this is fully hydrogenated as it would be less harmful.

I have no idea. Ask Amazon please.
