Great for when I cant get to the gym
I am so happy to have this machine!! I try to get to the gym as often as I can, but sometimes, I just cant. for those time, this machine really comes in handy!! I primarily got it for the squats, but there are so many other exercises that can be done using this machine. I love its versatility. Its a lot of power and variety in a small size. I can do not only squats, but ab exercises and I also incorporate the use of my bands and ropes so that I can spice up my workouts and I am able to get a full workout as well!!I keep this in my garage now that the colder months are here. That gives me a nice, cool workout area and still in the privacy of my home. I am just over the top pleased with this versatile piece of equipment and I am happy to have it in my home!

This is a pretty simple and foldable squat bench. Its great for multiple different workouts actually. Its very easy to assemble and very heavy duty feeling. The cushion is thick and feels pretty supportive. Wish it had a a attachable back rest.

Good for squats!
This is a good addition to the home gym and makes squats a whole lot easier to do, and I also feel more stable doing them now. It took about 15 minutes to put together and is easy to move around for storage. It has adjustable levels that you change by moving the pieces up and down and then inserting the pin to hold it in place. The only reason that I gave it 3 stars is because the pad on mine does not sit straight and I have included some photos showing this. I'm hoping it doesn't have too much of an impact during exercises. Otherwise it is a good piece of equipment.

Versatile, Stable and compact!!
Love the stability and the versatility this machine offers without being some huge piece of equipment. Simple to put together. This has elevated my squat game! Well worth the money!!
