I struggle with really bad headaches and a heavy sick feeling so when I was given some gel sheets that really helped and I thought this would when I bought it. It doesn't cool quickly in the way I need it and it doesn't stick how I need it to as well. I probably will not buy this product again.

We stock up on these foe our little. With hive break outs for over heating we keep them stocked in the house. Also great for fevers.
