Designed & produced from high quality materials to give comfort and protection to your hands.Measure from wrist to the base of the middle finger. It is very important that you choose the right size, if your size falls between the sizes, order the smaller size. The guards can stretch. The finger holes may appear too small, however they can be stretched. Do not be tempted to cut them. To increase the size of the hole a rolled up piece of sandpaper can be used. The leather is already supple however, you will need to break parts of your guards to make the leather more supple, do this by:Roll the leather backwards and forwards in the area where you want to make it more supple. Do some very basic bar work, to assist the stretching and assist your grip. Only start to use the guards for more difficult routines when the guards are completely broken in.Keep your wristbands clean and in good condition and to discard worn or thin wristbands. Clean wristbands cause less friction and less blistering and will help prevent infection if blistering does occur. When breaking in your palm guards, wrap the leather around a rounded piece of wood (dowel) & roll the guard around it. Follow this procedure a few times. You will notice an immediate difference in the softening of the leather. Perform this step several times on each palm guard. Never pinch the leather sharply together. This could be detrimental to the leather. It is then okay to start using your palm guards in slow under swings until the guards feel comfortable enough for more advanced stunts and full giant swings. The results should be surprising. Regarding the finger holes, the rolling process above should soften them to a comfortable fit. But if they are still too small or tight for your fingers, follow this procedure. Use a small piece of sandpaper. Wrap it around a pencil and slowly & carefully sand around the finger holes. This will open the hole consistently around the opening without tears.
