Better than the dispener machines

Very easy to install, doesn't take much space, water comes out much faster than when using an electric pump, the valve is easy to use and doesn't leak (based on 1 week usage). Remember to turn the valve's handle upside so that water pours properly when opened.

I love the idea but the cover leaks out. I’ve tried to tighten it as much as I can but still leaking.

I hated charging all the other dispensers and I hated waiting to fill my bottle. This solves both problems. Super fast to fill because of gravity. And also the charge will never die on me. Only pet peeve is that it is tricky to close sometimes when you haven’t figured it out yet and because these bottles are heavy you have to remove it and fix the cap and then place it again. A bit tiring. But it won’t leak if you seal it properly.

I cannot recommend it enough! We have tried many different types of water dispenser and find many have slow flow and need charging constantly. This one is so basic but so effective. As long as you are happy with room temp water you will not be disappointed.

Not so easy to use but a good product to use outdoors and indoor as well for water bottles as a dispenser

I was looking for a simple, elegant solution to dispensing water from 5 gallon jugs. Most standing dispensers are expensive, they make it hard to fill pots or bottles, and I don't like chilled water. So I thought this thing was the go. Sadly, it absolutely isn't. And it'll be going straight back to Amazon. The holder is fine, simple, cheap and does the job. The issue is the cap. It's difficult to install, leaks, then when you turn the tap on, the flow is pathetic. As someone else has pointed out, it's trying to defy physics, there's no valve for air to escape so the water can't pour. Yet somehow, it slow leaks all over the place. Nice idea, but now I see why you need a standing dispenser or one of those fiddly usb pumps.
