I was worried about its taste before I bought. Thank you, Dr. Boz. In the end a product is not sweet! Many drinks or protein powders or even electrolytes all have sweet taste and I really don’t like it. I love drinking my mineral water with lemon and a bit of salt. And this is exactly the perfect taste I love! I can keep buying happily after all! And of course it does it’s job too.

This is my second order. I actually love the taste and am very grateful for this product as well as all of the information provided by Dr Boz to help reverse my insulin resistance. I've slept better and had less anxiety which is amazing in and of itself. Thank you Dr. Boz, you have my full support.

Amazing!

After losing 50 lb on keto with help from Dr Boz Youtube videos and over 50 more to go, I've hit a plateau. Decided to add more tools to my work belt with this pucker up. I added it to sparkling water like Dr Boz does, 0.75 liter bottle, the taste is just right, not too strong or too weak. I really like it. I'm doing 72 hour fasts from Sat. to Tue. Was struggling toward end of each day. I hope this will help with cravings and allow me to accomplish my goal of extended fast each week for continued weight loss, autophagy and destruction of any stray cancer stem cells that may have survived my DIY treatments. My lab numbers last week were great. NED so far though it's early days since surgery, Nov. 2025. The first thing I did when I found I had a suspicious mass was buy Dr Boz first book, Any Way You Can. Was very helpful. Thanks Dr Boz. Will the capped bottle of sparkling water and Pucker Up keep for multiple days if I don't finish it in a day?

I'm at the end of my ketone carnivore health journey and now that I feel so much better, my ketones have cratered. Dr Boz spends quite a bit of time online coaching people through this, but nothing is working. I'm still strict carnivore. I hoped that adding this very expensive product would help edge me back over 1.0 for ketones. My ketones have budged. I stay between 0.3 and 0.5. I do all the things and nothing is moving them including this product. Oh, and I've used this product every day for 40 days. That's two $95 bags. So that's all I'm willing to give it. Do what you will. Everyone is different, but I'm not willing to spend this kind of money on something that doesn't work. If you try it, I hope it does amazing things for you. The sourness of this product is like a sour warhead candy to me, I personally love it, I mix with bubble water, and regular water, sometimes I mix with keto electrolytes for a fruity combination sour taste. It is my go to. I wish it were less expensive, but the subscribe and save helps. Should mention we don't do carbs anymore, we follow the Dr Boz regimen, under 20 carbs and with these products our health, bloodwork and sugar cravings have disappeared. It is a journey though, but very thankful Dr Boz has developed these products and protocols.

These work like charm! I measured my ketones in the morning with Ketosens meter (~0.4) and after drinking this I repeated the test an hour later. My ketones level almost doubled (0.7)! I drank another one and waited another hour to test and once again my ketones level doubled (1.4). I am very happy with my purchase. They are a bit pricey and wish they will be cheaper so I can use them more.

Really seems to work very well. Very pleased so far. Per AI this variety is much easier on my liver. I really like the taste as well, like a good bit of lemon or some critic acid in the water, which I like and use. Some folks thought it mentioned it being better but I found it to be pleasantly sour.
