Do these run big or small or true to American sizes?

They are VERY small compared to American sizes. They have a 5X listed at 51" - every other mens underwear company I've ever seen puts 5x at 58" or 60". A 5x here is a 3x elsewhere. I ordered a 4X and I can't even get my leg in them.

Do you have any plans to make longer leg versions?

Sizes: what is XL, please?

An XL is designed for a 38”-40” in waist but the fabric is very flexible. I wear a mens large but can comfortably wear a mens small of this boxer brief.

100% Nylon!, Nylon holds in Heat, For very hot climates would these cause alot sweat?

They are super thin. Wore in Vegas in 113 degree dry heat and they were like wearing cotton Calvin Klein, etc. They run bit tight / small. If you’re XL and comfortable get XL you don’t look better in a smaller size. Also there is no padding so what you got is what you got but in my opinion it’s a more comfortable design vs your junk all smushed down in normal underwear. My girlfriend is mixed in them says too much package in her face all the time but they are comfortable and if you got it - it shows.
