Worth the price
Dalstrong continues to show me the best quality, sharpness, and amazing appearance of their kitchen knives. They are priced well for their amazing performance.

Fun knife to use.
Love this knife. Great for large pieces of fish and an attention getter for meat carving stations. Because of the size though only way to carry it with my chef bag was to zip tie it to the canvas handles.

Really nice kitchen knife .
This is a razor sharp, high end knife. Use caution as it is VERY sharp. Great look and well made. Top shelf

Solid knife but no where near worth the price tag
It's HEAVY. Much much heavier than I expected. Has absolutely no bend, and it's not a full tang. Has it been my solid powerhouse for the past couple weeks? Yeah. Is that because I don't care if my cooks drop it by accident or use it without permission? Yeah... I probably won't be buying from this company again, at least for a while till they fine tune their craft.

Great grip and double bevel for the win!
This is my second Dalstrong knife in the Ronin series and I absolute love it. This knife feels great in my hands, the the blade is ultra sharp and the knife has great balance. I'm confident this will quickly become one of my favorite kitchen knives! I highly recommend this knife!

Not easy to hold
I didn’t like the way this knife felt in my hand. Just wasn’t comfortable and easy to use.

Good knife but...
Everything is good only this wrong with it is the tang is lose from the handle. When you shake the knife it moves which is not a good thing

The most ridiculous thing i have ever bought. this is a cooking sword, it is amazing. you didn't look at this because you're a chef you are being silly and you should go for it! it really is amazing fun
