This sports bra is the truth! I love how you can adjust the band and the straps at a large range. I bought this bra for after a breast augmentation and have been using for later weeks in recover and intend to get more colors to use when I am cleared to start back at the gym. Once you get the band to your liking, there are clasps to help you zip the front and then the shoulder straps are easily tightened while wearing it. I used the sizing chart from the shefit website and it was perfect. High recommend and well worth the money! A lot of high impact bras I’ve seen lack adjustment in one area or you have to keep taking it off to adjust, this one has it all.

Not gonna lie I about threw up after paying that much money for clothing, but I needed something to dance in and workout in that would do its job. Let me tell you BRUHHHH this thing is actually so dope. Like incredible. It deserves all the hype and rage. I feel great in it and my confidence 📈📈📈my desire to run and workout 📈📈📈📈AMAZING. DOUBLE BONUS POINTS because even my posture is SO MUCH BETTER.It definitely is not a comfy bra that you would like sleep in, (well you could ig) and i feel like I'm all like geared up to go to war. It feels like armor that's all I'll say about comfort. 11/10 go get one, and feel what it's like for the little girlies when they run. AMAZING

Do you like confining your chest in a steel cage? Do you like to feel like you’re wearing a bulletproof chest vest under your shirt? Do you enjoy strapping your girls down, but still allowing them to breath? Then this is the bra for you! No, seriously, if you are doing high impact sports that require running and you want your chest to stay in place to avoid the painful aftermath of bouncing around like water balloons, this bra is meant for you. If your walking or doing a non-bouncy workout routine then stick with a less constrictive sports bra.

I’m a 32DD and I STRUGGLE to find sports bras that work for my high-intensity activities because if any bra that fits my bust is too large around my rib cage to be effective, and any bra that is small enough to fit my rib cage is too small in the bust.I’ve spent a lot of money on different brands of sports bras over the years and this is the ONLY ONE that solves my problem. The adjustable straps around the shoulders and ribcage make it the perfect fit that I’ve always been looking for.The material is high quality, the Velcro is strong (I’ve washed it several times and it still holds great), and there are even little protective flaps around the zipper to keep it from chaffing your chest. I can run, jump and even cartwheel in this bra and everything stays right in place.Yes it’s pricier than other bras but if you are thin with a big bust it is 100% worth the cost. You’re paying for quality and a proper fit. Just be sure to take good care of it by washing it on a gentle cycle and laying it flat to air dry afterwards.Finally, it does take a little longer to put this bra on, but again, it’s worth it. Here’s the strategy: Start with the straps looser than zip the front, then tighten all of the straps.

The media could not be loaded.  It's not marketed as a nursing bra, but YOU GUYS. It is THE BEST bra for nursing in the WORLD. I have tried almost 50 different nursing bras, all which claim "support" and "comfort" and "ease of use", none of which legit have all three, and majority of which only last so long. Before breastfeeding, I was a 40J, while breastfeeding, I was anywhere from a 40J to a 40M depending on time of day, whether baby slept and I got engorged, after feeding, etc. I got a 6Luxe (6X-large on Amazon). Now that I'm done breastfeeding and just a plain ole 40J, the 5Luxe (5X-large) fits perfectly.Sometimes, my left would be a 40Jish and my right would be a 40Mish AT THE SAME TIME. Nursing mamas, you know the struggle. I used to have to change bras depending on how full/ not full I was. Not this one. Just unvelcro that puppy at the strap (so easy with one hand if you're holding baby btw) and either loosen or tighten. And the support. is. still. there. All the time.For nursing, it is SO easy and so quick - one hand, unvelcro one side, fold that side down, let baby latch and go to town. I used to also put in my wireless pump on the other side while she nursed. A little tip - loop the strap around the other side's strap then velcro so you don't have to reach for it when you're done. But really, it's not hard because the straps are SO long when unvelcroed. It's so nice. If you're using/ planning on using a wireless pump - these sizes adjust SO MUCH that they can be loose enough to be able to fit it in your wireless pumps no problem.Seriously though. The support. I can jump around as much as a want and if I tighten them, the girls DON'T MOVE. Not kidding. I used to have to wear a regular bra, two sports bras, AND a tanktop with "support" in it to make my girls not move when I jump. Now, I get to put on ONE. And if I don't want that much support, I just loosen the straps.It DOES take some getting used to if you're not used to legit support, and if you're like me, you're used to every sports bra ever rolling up to the underboob. This one stays put because of the forever-adjustable velcro band. Soooo much better than hooks.Some tips: Loosen the straps and the band all the way, but have them velcroed. Go ahead and choose if you want racerback or "normal". Racerback def gives even more support, naturally. Put it on like you put on a jacket/ backpack. USE THE HOOKS in the front before you zip. This makes it so so easy. Then tighten the band on the bottom, have one hand on the left pulling it straight/tight, tighten at a slight angle down instead of straight across - don't know why but this works better for me. Then do the ole lift 'n' seperate, or bend over and get em where you want em. Then LAST, tighten up your shoulder straps to whatever is comfortable. Also - FOLLOW THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS and USE THE LAUNDRY BAG. It will last so so so long if you do this.If I could be in love with a bra, nursing bra, sports bra, etc. - this is it.Pros: everything.Cons: literally nothing. Just get it.

I had breast augmentation 7 weeks ago. Since being released to run again I have been on the search for a non bounce running/workout bra. BY FAR SHEFIT is the best. I seriously has tried out at least 5 different brands. Love love love how I can tighten under the breast and above. These actions are what make this bra truely non bounce for me anyways. If I could return all the others I would. I have already received 2 of these bras and plan on another 3. Worth the money

I purchased this in hopes to find a sports bra that could support me without suffocating me. I have 40-42 DDD and most sports bras either don’t pass the “jump test” or suffocate to the point that I cannot workout in it. I took a leap with this one since it was costly but boy did it ever surpass my expectations. I can finally workout and move freely without worrying about bounce or pain. The level of support this has has allowed me to feel confident in the gym. I will never use another bra for working out, by far the best bra I’ve ever used. 100/10 would recommend.*For reference I purchased a 3Luxe - 3XL and it holds me quite snug but not too tight. I could probably fit okay in a 4Luxe - 4XL but I prefer the snugger fit since I can always adjust up or down as necessary*
