While it was working it was great, but after only 2 months, the tip comes pops out when I use it. I have tried all the different tips with the same return. This is suppose to be a top tier product costing 100 pounds, you would expect for the product to last more than 2 months... I have contacted the seller and hoping to get another new Waterpik, in the hopes mine was defective.

Waterpik cordless solves this for me in seconds, by using the head for the periodontal areas that cannot be reached with a toothbrush. Twice a day, and my teeth colour looks much better than usual and plaque is minimized. Easy to travel with, suggested to anyone even without plaque problems. If you eat and use it after you'll see any remaining food drop out. Works wonders.
