The actual hood doesn't come all the way down over the eyes, but that doesn't stop my toddler from yanking it down so it does! 10/10 Would buy again.

Hi this jacket is a great fit and good quality. Only gave it 4 stars since it does not cover the full face which was what my son was hoping for.
