Three Stars
Disappointing that the majority of the Fufu mix is not plantain, I should have ready the ingredients more clearly.

Golden Tropics Plantain Flour Fufu (680g)
Another tasty meal. Very well packaged and delivered on time. This Plantain Flour has a good shelf-life (Expires July 2020) and I definitely would be re-ordering from the Seller, Blue Mountain Peak / Afro-Caribbean Food. Fufu is very easy to make, just like making mashed Potato; by adding water to required amount of flour to make a paste, then slowly pour hot water into the paste whilst mixing. It is eaten with delicious Nigerian Vegetable soup.

It contains sodium bisulphate (ie baking soda)
I have already opened the product before I saw a warning label on it saying that it has sodium bisulphate. I bought this as pure plantain flour and this ingredient wasn’t listed on the Amazon page. Very misleading.
