Have bought this twice now for baby girls, they love looking at babies' faces and lots to talk about. Very sturdy

My daughter (8 months) has loved to look at other babies since she was about 6 months so we bought her a couple of baby picture books. I was so pleasantly surprised by this book, it's maybe 10 pages long and full of positive affirmations for little girls. Features babies from across the globe which includes some traditional dress, very colourful!

Global Baby Girls contains some very nice photos of babies. My only quibble with it is that there were too many American babies, and that these babies were all white, not American Indian babies. Come to think of it the New Zealand baby girl was also white and not a Maori baby.

A very nice idea for a book to display bright photos of young girls from various cultures. The only downside is that this book covers quite a limited number of regions and cultures, mostly focusing on North and Latin America and Africa. There are two pictures of girls from US and none from so many other places including Asia, Middle East, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and many many more. Make this book more global, more inclusive - and it will surely be a very valuable addition to the libraries of our little ones.

Love all the Global Babies books. They all have beautiful photos of adorable babies from all around the world, and the story sends such a beautiful message.

Our baby loves watching other babies, the cultural diversity is definitely important to reflect the world we live in. She likes the details and prefers this over cleaner-looking baby pictures of other series

My daughter LOVES to look at other babies. This book is perfect. There isn't much to read. But the message it sends is nice "girls are wonderful and can do anything" I do make up stories about the various countries the girls are from and that makes it interesting for my daughter. I like that there is a wide and diverse range of countries and ethnicities. This is a great book for your daughter or son :)
