Looks like it’s been used or dried up. I know some of these containers are not filled all the way to the top to prevent it from overflowing when the applicator is put in, but this is definitely way below that. I didn’t try it because I’ll be returning it, but it looks good other than that

I got this to see if it was similar to rare beauty & honestly, it really is all the way to the packaging.. not as pigmented but for the price, it’s a must have if you’re on a budget.

this is the PERFECT rare beauty doop. i recommend 1-2 dots when applying tho. i would also recommend applying it with a brush or beauty blender. absolutely love and will be repurchasing!

Super pigmented just like the real rare beauty blush! I got the shade peach pink and it’s perfect for my skin tone! 10/10 and doesn’t cost and arm and a leg.😂
