Does anybody knows the difference between arnica gel and arnica cream?

Arnica gel for fast quick pain relief easily absorbed into skin. Arnica cream has a soothing property as does arnica oil great for massaging aching muscles. Arnica ointment adheres to the skin and gives longer acting soothing and properties for ailments that will heal over a longer period

Does this cream numb the skin? I.e when having a tattoo etc

No it doesn’t. This cream didn’t do anything for my skin. It was a waste of money.
