Great product if bruise easily
I swear by arnica tablets! Take normal strength ones daily but in case of any trauma/injuries take some of these for a day or 2 additionally and bruising will literally jst disappear in days

They work wonders on external bruising but can't confirm any benefit for internal bruising ( maybe)
