Q: Is this really water proof? trying to protect wood floors and tired of using a tarp!

Destroyed my wood floors. Not waterproof!

Q: Is this mat 100% water proof? Poor a cup of water in the center, will a paper towel underneath get wet at all after a day? Warranty?

Yes, this mat is 100% waterproof. The mat absorbs about 5x its weight in liquids, if you get past that point the water will seep to the edges of the mat and spill off. We offer a 60 day warranty. If you have any issues with the mat not working properly we will issue you a full refund or a free replacement.

Q: Will it mark or hurt marble floors?

Don’t think so. We have wood floor & flip this green side down so we can easily slide the tree into its position. We bought it to protect our floor from scratches. We also cover the bottom base with a round stand cover so it looks much nicer.

Q: Will rubberized backing leave a mark on hardwood floors?

It did not leave any marks on our hardwood floors. Worked great.
