U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads with Wings, Overnight Absorbency, 38 Count

The U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads are excellent for heavy flow nights. They’re thin and comfortable, yet super absorbent I never have to worry about leaks. The wings keep the pad securely in place, even while sleeping, and the design is flexible enough to move with me without bunching up. I also appreciate that they’re unscented, so they don’t cause any irritation. Even though they’re “ultra thin,” they still provide full coverage and peace of mind throughout the night. With 38 pads in the box, it’s a great value for the quality and reliability. If you’re looking for overnight pads that are comfortable, discreet, and protective, these are a must-have.

Comfortable and effective

this is the only brand i have used for the past year. i use to have always brand pads because it’s what my mom would buy, they were fine but for some reason they started to give me chemical burns a couple years into using them. i thought were just me using the wrong underwear and getting chaffed but its not. it’s something in the pad ingredients. anyways whatever that ingredient is, it’s not in these pads. these are thin and comfortable and it doesn’t leave me irritated with micro abrasions. i just recommend using the “overnight protection” yellow size, if you’re use to longer pads. i use the “heavy” green size for normal/light bleeding but never on the first day of my cycle because they don’t hold up well.

I was using always infinity for a long time until I started really paying attention to just how short of a time these pads stay adhered to my panties. I was not even wearing thongs, just regular bikini cut or boyshort cut panties. So then, I started realizing they were always falling off! I wear lacy panties so I thought this would be the issue but no, it's just the fact that infinity just does not make good adhesives. These pads stay on for however long I keep it on. I always change my pad or tampon every time I use the restroom, so I don't get to 6-8 hours. I change it every... 30mins to 1 hour. Maybe 2 hours at most. The longevity of this product is good, great absorption, and it does not irritate my pH balance. I'm sure they are made with dangerous chemicals as they are a conventional women's product company and they are not known for using 100% organic natural cotton products, but I don't really care at this point. Everything has got a proposition warning. I've used the honey pot which are my favorite pads ever, but if the adhesive does not adhere well... I don't want to be bothered with them. And almost every single pad-- no, actually EVERY single pad I have used except for these do not stay stuck to my panties without shifting or falling off and then I am bleeding in my panties. That's no bueno.

I was originally using organic pads, and even though they were organic I was itching and having a lot of irritation. I moved to Kotex and my sensitive skin is not bugged at all! I used to have to deal with irritation, itching, AND my period but now I only have to worry about one thing! Kotex is great.

These are literally the only pads I ever buy as someone with a really heavy period, and because of the charcoal it doesn’t smell and the most important feature; no pad butt!!

Its comfortable for heavy flow and for over night. Its thin. Good product.

I highly recommend this brand for pads. I previously used the "Always" brand when I was younger, and found that the pads were always uncomfortable and gave me itchy rashes at the inner thigh, and would stick to my skin. Im glad I found this brand, and paying just a bit more for the comfort is so worth it. The length is perfect for me, I typically have a heavy flow and I have no problems using this for the first 3 days of my period.

Help me sleep confidently knowing I won’t have any leaks! Quick drying and no gross smells.

This is probably my most purchased and re-purchased item from Amazon. I found these randomly years ago in store and then the packaging kept changing and I was buying the wrong thing. So, I decided to take a photo of the barcode and see if they were available on Amazon (that must have been like a decade ago) and I have been buying them here every since. The pads are long, they cover me fully and I can sleep in them without leaks, they hold a lot of menstrual blood and I have never been in discomfort from smell or them shifting. They have wings, too, that stay stuck to your underwear. I haven't used any other pads since.
