Rear speakers won’t work on optical cable. But works good via HDMI.

Does this support Dolby MAT? Do it's HDMI Out ports support 4K 120 Hz?

I have no idea 😅. I don’t use TV. It does have HDMI. My son set it up. Use Bluetooth to listen to movies from laptop or projector. Good think on the order is it is easy to return if it does not work.

can you pair 2 back speckers together to get 4?

Yes rear speaker should b within 3 meter to sub woofer and it's not loud like main speaker if you want to test rear speaker just play any dolby atoms test sound
