ColourTree Sun Shade Sail Rectangle Canopy Awning, Heavy Duty Commercial Grade

Purchased a shade slightly smaller than the deck. Works perfectly. It rained and while it doesn’t block heavy rain, I was able to sit out there in a misting type rain. It blocks the sun during the hottest part of the day when the sun is directly over us. We are now able to sit outside and enjoy the deck. Purchased chains and turn buckles at Lowe’s to secure to house and posts. We put the shade up one foot higher on the house than one the posts to create a slight pitch. We also have high winds sometimes and so far it’s holding up great. We expect to have to have to replace it every few years due to dry rot/exposure to the elements every day. We also plan to take it down in the winter time.

Although this right angle triangle sail fit well into a right angle corner, one of the sides was cut in a way that left it sitting a foot away from the wall at its deepest point in the curved side. I found this to be too wide compared to the six inch gap on the other side.

This is my second sail, the first I had for 3 years and it wiuld have lasted longer if I had not left it out when we had an ice storm. It held up to 50-60MPH winds, bent my poles a bit but it stayed put. You can not go wrong with this product fr the price.

Really good material, easy to install only thing is that I purchased a 16x16x22.5 and the dimensions were 14.10x14.10x20.8 wish the sizes were correct.

I'm so glad I bought this hardware kit to install my new sail shade. High quality eye bolts, screws and hooks. The cables were perfect for stretching the sail to accommodate the space I wanted to cover. The ropes that came with the sail would not have worked where I needed to put the shade.
