Great little laptop for the price. Struggled to find one that had full windows operating system elsewhere for this kind of money. Son needed one for college. It’s lightweight and just right size to fit in his bag every day.Quick and easy for what he needs it for

Died After 8 months & American Keyboard Layout
This died completely after 8 months and there is no back-up. ALWAYS THE PROBLEM BUYING FROM CHINA - Cheap and nasty. The keyboard would be hopeless for anyone who does not have reasonable keyboard skills as it is in American format. If you use UK setup you will get @ when you press " and vice versa. Same with £ and # (which is somewhere else) - you get the idea!It's sold as a UK item with a UK plug and is even called "F7 Plus2 (UK-TX)" so why not give it a UK keyboard layout?

Technical issues
The laptop arrived nicely packed and looked elegant. This is a present for my child. After setting up the laptop which was relevantly straight forward although the laptop seemed to crash a few times I was unsure whether it was just adjusting its new settings. He began to watch some you Tube videos and the laptop just keeps crashing / cutting out, you need to re log in and carry on again. We left it last night and picked it up again this morning, it continually crashes needless to say my boy is quite upset and I am frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this laptop. I will see how the supplier deals with this issue and update you

Great little laptop for travel or home
Perfect size for traveling or at home. It has all the latest features that a laptop should have. Though the screen is smaller but excellent visual quality I just love it plus it is easier to buy a carrier & extra accessories love it love it love it!

Do not buy! Cheap product, Bad supplier
Very bad product. Cheaply made,battery never worked properly. Now shuts off all the time while using it & sometimes doesn't even start back up,The company that supplied the product has no interest in replacing the laptop,so do not buy from them.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT SPECIFICATION REGARDING THE CPU TYPE AND THE SPEED ASWELLARRIVED WITH SCRATCHES AND MARKS ON THE LID AND IS DESCRIBED AS BRAND NEWLAPTOP BUT IS SLOW AND SLUGGISHAMERICAN KEYBOARD LAYOUT AND NOT UK, COMES WITH SMALLER STICK ON ADDITIONAL UK KEYS, QUITE ANNOYINGDEFINITELY NOT GOOD TO USE STRAIGHT AWAY FROM OUT OF THE BOXALL IN ALL I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE LAPTOP
