Very very small yes Read the measurements . This is only a travel or temporary cage. Worked out perfectly for our bird was only in it for 2 days when we traveled out of state .

This is on the smaller side but it is the perfect size for what I need. I have a abandoned baby chicken that have to keep on the house until it's a little bigger, and this cage is perfect. When it's bigger I will put the chicken outside with the rest but for now this is perfect. Very easy to clean . Great place for the water and food . Easy to put together. At night I will put the baby chicken in a cardboard box in a dark place to sleep and during the day I put her on this cage. She loves to be in the room with people so I carry this cage from room to room so she's not alone and in a safe place.
