Advantus Elanco Flea Soft Chews for Small Dogs 4-22 lbs., Count of 30

I have two small dogs. And live in the country. After giving these to my babies I see no fleas.

The dogs love the pill and have no issue eating them. They happily snatch them from me and swallow. I have not had any side effects. No diarrhea. Their appetite is still the same and they are just as active if not more because they are not spending their days scratching and licking. My dogs are happy. My cats are happy, and most of all my husband and kids are happy!I give this to my dogs daily, I have two dogs and 4 indoor cats. After trying many different prescription and non prescription things to get rid of fleas I finally found what works in my home. Its nice that I dont have to go to the vet to buy a monthly pill that will not be very effective after 2-3 weeks. This has happened many times with many different oral script pills. We live in Florida, fleas are almost unstoppable here and year round. So this is what I do now. At the first of the month I give each of my animals a topical flea med ( I use cheristin for the cats and Advantix for the dogs) Then the cats get a oral capstar to knock the fleas down that first day ( its only good for a day) and the dogs get this pill daily the entire month in the morning. So far my cats have stopped scratching and If I ever see a flea on my dog it's one and not 100. These pills have been the magic bullet that has made this system work for us.

This works really great on my older Jack Russell. She is very sensitive to a lot of the topical treatments. This worked within an hour and I only have to give her one every few days. She is a picky eater and she gobbles them right up. So happy to have found this product

For my dogs - this product is not as effective as store bought but I guess that's why its less expensive - seems like an old batch.

My poor dogs had fleas and we gave them the medicine you put on their necks, but it didn't help much. This chew, however, worked incredibly well and very fast. I was reluctant to use a chew because my dogs are very finicky, but they love this. I would recommend.
