Hi, thank you for reaching out. Regarding the wrist controller, there are 2 versions. The previous one can't be charged. Please turn it back and unscrew it. Then, insert the 2032 battery. The new version is rechargeable. Please use the charging cable provided to charge it. Happy shopping!
