Gorgeous design, lovely and big

I’m a sucker for porcelain cups! Mainly because they tend not to chip! I have so many ceramic mugs with chips that just sit in my cabinet. I received this pink cup and the white color way as a gift last March. I’ve been using the pink one everyday since. Seriously, unless I’ve been away from home or taking a travel mug, this is the only cup I’ve used since receiving it! The size is great, it easily holds 16 ounces! Who wants a 10oz cup? Not this tea drinker! Tea stains horribly, but I just take a magic eraser to it every once in awhile and it looks brand new again! It says dishwasher safe on it, but since I use this throughout the day, I can’t give it up for the time it takes for the dishwasher to run. I hand wash it… the gold around the rim is beginning to fade a little where my mouth meets when drinking from the cup, but considering this cup is used daily for anywhere from 2-7 times a day and the fact that I scrub it… I say “not bad!”If you’re a tea drinker or have a tea drinker in your life, this is the perfect cup!I was looking at some of the lower ratings on this cup… some are saying they do not believe it’s porcelain. It is definitely porcelain. I use this cup daily, several times a day. I’ve banged it several times and have even dropped it in my sink. If it were ceramic, I would have chipped. That’s the wonderful thing about porcelain, it is pretty chip resistant. It will break, but usually just in to several large pieces. For further proof, just give it a tap with your fingernail and listen. A ceramic mug will not make that sound.

I had already ordered the blue cup like this and loved it so I ordered a white one....well, I received a green one today NOT white. I will keep it because I love the cups but I wanted the white one which I ordered.Trying now to decide if I should take the risk of trying to order a White one.The cups are very pretty and a pleasure to hold.The seller sent me a lovely white cup......Wow, exceptional customer service!!!! These mugs are gorgeous. Lightweight, thin and great quality.The colour (blue) is so lovely.Recommend it.

I love this. I had no idea it was bone china; it says so in the description but I didn't notice. I generally avoid bone china so I can't say I would have gotten this if I had known, but the quality of it is unquestionable. It's a perfectly smooth, even finish, the colors are gorgeous, it looks very classy, and my roommate fell in love with it the second I unboxed it and begged me to give it to her. I absolutely love it and the fine gold trim lends it a fancy little sparkle that I just can't get over. So, so cute.

Claims to be bone china but is not stamped on the base. Purchased due to description of the mug on the listing.I don't believe that it's worth the money spent without having that on it's base. I question the description as bone china and it's possibly plain ceramic, however I can't tell the difference and the packaging has already been tossed so sending it back is not something I'm going to do.

This is a very pretty mug for coffee or tea! I ordered the "Green" design, and it has a lovely mixture of green, pink, yellow, and blue tones. This mug has a 16 ounce capacity - perfect for those who prefer a large cup of coffee (or tea) in the mornings. Because of the metal trim on the cup, it is NOT microwave safe. The bottom of the mug states that it is dishwasher safe, but I will hand wash it because of the metal trim. The cup is lightweight, and the handle is oversized but comfortable to hold. Four stars for the fact that it is not microwaveable. Recommended.
