Great seller response
for the sad state this product was in when I received it, you'd think it was under $100. but no, I paid almost $200 for broken pieces, chipped paint, and peeling wood. got splinters trying to even put the damned thing together, I didn't expect to have to invest way more into this to make it even usable.**update** seller contacted me to offer a refund, giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

Not worth the money
It’s cute, so I wish it was better quality. It was a pain to put together. Many of the pieces arrived broken, so I had to McGiver it to make it work. The paint came chipped & scratched up; the wood is splintering; the wheels literally did not last 5 minutes before they broke off. Do not buy this. Choose a different option.

It's ok
The rolling legs fall off easily when you move it around. Aside from that, it's decent. Probably something you'd want if you only have 1 or 2 small bunnies.

Nice roomy cage for 2 guineas
This cage is great for our two guinea pigs. Gives them room to run around and play. Took about 2 hours to put together but had help of 8 year old which slowed us down a little. The hard trays amplify the noise of them running around but no big deal.Only down side is we have had it 4 days and husband went to move it and the connections for the wheels all broke inside the legs so now it is just resting on the floor which kinda sucks since it's brand new but the functionality of the cage is still good.

My rabbit loves it
Great product, took a bit to put together, lot of parts, but it’s sturdy and the rabbit loves it. Took the wheels off as they did not hold well however it’s light enough to pick up and move.

Atleast the guinea pigs are comfy.
I bought this because I wanted a bigger habitar for my two guinea pigs and petshop cages are just too small for two guinea pigs. From previous reviews I expected that I would have to drill some holes myself but I didn't expect it to be more than 10. A little bothersome but that's not the reason for the two stars. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars because although I had to drill some holes myself, although some paint was rushly applied on some areas and although I had 4 screws missing (luckily I had spares), the cage did its function, or so I thought. As soon as I rolled the hutch to the place I wanted it, 5 of the wheels broke off. They didn't just fall off. They broke. Took some of the wood with it. Looks like the hutch is just too heavy for those wheels and with the pressure they broke off to the side leaving a cavity on the woods. I sanded it down and put some padding on the legs so atleast I can slide it. Then another issue I had is that it seems they don't pay much attention to the proportions or the cuts because the top lid was not properly aligned with the bottom half. I kind of squished the sides and drilled at the same time for it to properly align but lets see how long that lasts. All in all the Guinea pigs love it, it's more spacious and they are already climbing up without issues but for the price it shouldn't be such a flimsy product.

Photos are deceptive! No wire mesh trays for bottom included!
There are many rabbit hutches similar to this one but I chose this specific one because the photos clearly show wire mesh panels at the bottom of the cage which create a barrier between the litter trays and the walking surface. However, after receiving the package it was clear there are no wire mesh trays to place along the bottom of the hutch. In the product photo I've included, you can clearly see the white wooden cross beam under the ramp which shows the wire mesh trays despite them not being included. This same hutch is sold at a lower price by other sellers and the only reason I chose this one is because the product photos clearly show the wire mesh bottom panels despite them not being actually included. The wood is weak and easily cracks so I'm sure rabbits will chew through it quickly. The ramp and entrance to the top floor is much too narrow for larger rabbits. The plastic bottom trays are definitely not "zero gap" so urine and litter can easily spill out the sides. Most disappointingly, other similar hutches allow you to open the top to the second floor for easy access but the a-frame roof on this hutch permanently screws in place which prevents comfortable and easy access to the second floor room. I can't even fit the litter box through the provided opening for the door. Also, the asphault material used for the top of the a-frame roof just crumbles off and drops sand particles everywhere.Returning the hutch is not an option because of how difficult it would be to disassemble and fit back into the packaging so now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to privately sell this large and inadequate rabbit hutch. The pictures I'm including show the prouduct photo with the wire mesh bottom trays highlighted in blue along with the photo of the actual hutch which does not include these items.

Easy to Put Together
My toddler and I put this together in about an hour. It was easy and the directions were simple to follow. It’s wonderful quality and sturdy. Our little bunny loves it! They have their own little closed in area up top and then a big play area on the bottom which also holds his litter box perfectly. We love it!
