Looks good and functions well. it’s a good weight not too heavy, not too light, It fits my head well and I love the chin strap. It’s easy to put on in adjust. Hook and loop inside for the padding Is decent could be stronger. I would buy again I am happy. also, if you are having trouble putting on the helmet cover on that you can buy separately you just have to tuck it in to the front and back where the Velcro is it’s a bit tough to do but that’s how it works if you don’t know what you’re doing

So for starters I purchased the loogu helmet and this lancer for comparison on quality and planned to keep the nicer of the two. Upon receiving there is no comparison. The lancer is almost identical to the real thing where the loogu feels and looks much cheaper. The Multicam and tan helmet in my pics is a genuine ops core helmet and the black and green helmet is the lancer with a Idogear cover. As you will see from the pics, the lancer has real leather suede just like the real ops core, the harness system also has the same engraving and stitching pattern, making me think they are likely made at the same place. The harness on the loogu lacks the markings and feels and looks much cheaper. If you want a bump helmet this is hands down the one to get. I wouldn’t even consider the cheaper brands and on the flip side I wouldn’t even consider an actual ops core. I wear a size 7 1/4” hat with a 22.5” diameter head and this helmet fits me in a M/L but I don’t have any extra room.

Fits well, the foam ABS is pretty well and standard for all real bump helmets, the straps and NVG base may need to be replaced for serious in the field use. With that said, the buckles feel a little flimsy but look good per my inspection. The retention system on the back of the helmet is pretty darn good, it secured very well to my head and doesn't slip under use. Another concern which can be fixed is some exposed hardware on the inside. A Dremel to shave down the strapp screws with some silicone caulk can eliminate this potential danger. The plastic of the helmet is expected on a bump helmet of all varieties. 4/5 would recommend for serious real world use with some modification and upgrading. Hope this review helps pass along some good knowledge.

Solid mount for NODS good straps but could use a little more padding options included

Seems well built, I've only mounted nods to it and used once so far but it has been fine. Velcro seems sturdy (it doesn't come installed which is nice). Too early to tell if it is jUst As GoOd as a Team Wendy but for the price it seems fine.
