Can a Safariland holster be attached to this?

This a backing plate which fits in to a molle vest system. It has screw holes in it to screw the holster to. I got this for an X2 taser holster.

What length are the screws?

Dunno but they are longer than the ones on the taser holster so it fits securely and keeps it in place
