Oral health improvements
Started oil pulling using this, one teaspoon a day first thing in the morning. Have found it to be a pleasant mild minty taste and I am sure it has helped enormously with my bleeding gums. Was using Corsodyl as recommended by dentist for years, but gum health is suddenly much improved. Started using Splat flouride free toothpaste at the same time and wishing to open and honest this may also have helped. The stains on my teeth are definitely better.

Tastes toxic
Tastes vile and toxic, I couldn’t use it, not sure if I just got a dodgy batch or if this is the product.

Don’t Spit It Down The Sink
Great product and helped whiten my teeth. However, despite washing down the sink with soap and plenty of hot water, it caused a fatberg issue in my waste pipes. Absolute pain in the backside sorting it out. If you use it spit into a tissue and bin it. Other than that, I recommend it.

Sus efectos se notan desde el primer día
No es fácil acostumbrarse al sabor. Blanquea los dientes desde el primer día. Y al parecer el aceite de coco es muy bueno para los dientes, así que ya voy por el segundo bote.

14,90 per una bottiglietta che è più piccola di un campioncino. Scusate... ma queston prodotto quanto dovrebbe durare se ogni giorno bisogna usarne 1 cucchiaio? Praticamente in 3-4 giorni hai esaurito tutto! Comperate olio di cocco e mettete qualche goccia di menta, spendete meno, MOLTO MENO, e il risultato non cambia E per fare il reso devo pagare io il corriere!
